Abstract
Over the past 45 years,the Open University of China OUC,based in China,has pioneered a lifelong education path with Chinese characteristics.It has made significant contributions to fostering a learning society through lifelong learning.In this issue,the journalist delves into good experiences,innovative practices,and touching stories from the university's development history,fully showcasing the fruitful results and future development blueprint of OUC on its 45th anniversary.
