高校拔尖创新人才培养的价值逻辑、关键要素与路径选择

加强拔尖创新人才培养既是实现高水平科技自立自强的关键引领,又是建设教育强国的战略支撑,其价值目标在于实现社会价值导向与个体发展需求的统一。当前,高校在探索培养拔尖创新人才方面仍存在不足,需从高校分类发展、学科特色建设、个性化课程、一流师资以及通识教育等育人要素上着力优化,培养具有完整知识结构、浓厚专业志趣、杰出创新能力、深厚家国情怀的各类拔尖创新人才。在教育高质量体系建设要求和新时代人人成才、个性化发展的价值诉求下,拔尖创新人才培养必须转变观念,从系统化、全局性的思维出发,考虑从加强理论研究与政策设计引领、多元分类实践模式创新、协同贯通网状体系构建等路径建设适合拔尖创新人才成长的制度体系和教育生态。
The Value Logic,Key Elements and Path Choice of Cultivating Top Innovative Talents in Colleges and Universities
Strengthening the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents is not only a key lead to achieve high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement,but also a strategic support to build a strong education country.The value goal is to achieve the unity of social value orientation and individual deve-lopment needs.At present,there are still deficiencies in the exploration of cultivating top innovative talents in colleges and universities,and it is necessary to make efforts to optimize the cultivation elements such as disci-pline construction,individualized curriculum,first-class faculty,and general education,so as to cultivate various kinds of top innovative talents with complete knowledge structure,strong professional interest,outstanding innova-tion ability,and profound national sentiment.Under the requirements of the construction of high-quality educa-tion system and the value demands of everyone's success and individualized development in the new era,it is necessary to change the concept of cultivation of top innovative talents,and consider three paths to build a sys-tematic system and education ecology suitable for the growth of top innovative talents,such as strengthening the-oretical research and policy design guidance,innovating diversified and classified practice modes,and construct-ing a collaborative and coherent net system from the systemic and holistic viewpoints.
