The Methodology of"Internet+Education":Sharing Drives Innovation
The methodology of"Internet+Education"is the general method and principle system of education-al reform driven by Internet technology and Internet thinking. This study analyzes the motivation of methodology transformation driven by new technology empowerment, practical predicaments, and limitations of the original methodology.Based on the basic principles of"Internet+Education",this study proposes the methodology of"In-ternet+Education":sharing drives innovation. That is,using Internet, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and other new generation technologies provides more opportunities to the full time and space sharing of education platform, the full sharing of education resources, the full element sharing of education services, and the whole process sharing of education data.By this way,the cost and the constraint of educational innovation can be re-duced and broken, and the effectiveness, scope and development of educational innovation can be improved,ex-panded and promoted. There are five strategic essentials, including spatial integration by platform connectivity, building an open education ecology by resources co-construction and sharing, promoting education supply-side re-form by demand-driven thinking, achieving scientific and precise educational management by data empowerment, and creating an innovative culture by emancipating our mind.To drive innovation by sharing, special attention must be paid to the reform of system and mechanism, iterative thinking and the bottom line of safety. The metho-dology of innovation driven by sharing is an important ideological weapon to avoid and crack the contradictions, misunderstandings and bottlenecks in the process of"Internet+Education"reform. It not only supports the renewal of educational concepts, structural restructuring and process reengineering, but also promotes the transformation and upgrading of the educational informatization in China from"building the environment and using technology"to"improving the level and promoting innovation".
