Investigating the Path of Adaptive Educational Resource Allocation Based on"Cloud School":Digital Technology Promoting High-quality Development of Rural Education
The primary contradiction in the current development of rural education lies in the fairness of the educational process,the demand for high-quality education development,and the unbalanced and inadequate allo-cation of educational resources in rural areas.To address this issue,we propose to create a virtual"cloud school"through social collaborative approach,based on the analysis of the current supply of high-quality intellec-tual resources,including structural deficiencies,lack of personalization,inadequate precision,and fragmented sup-ply structures.By innovating the delivery form and methods of educational resources,especially intellectual resources,we develop a demand-driven adaptive allocation pathway to overcome institutional barriers in resource supply systems.This involves integrating digital educational resources with high-quality intellectual cloud services.The approach focuses on developing educational resources tailored to the unique needs of rural areas,fostering the collaborative allocation of intellectual resources through a social collaborative approach,nurturing the endoge-nous growth of rural teachers based on the digital badge system,and establishing self-organized learning spaces for rural students to promote process fairness in rural education and achieve high-quality development of rural education.
