数字化转型驱动学科群落生态的逻辑与机制

学科与学科之间的交互关系是影响一流学科建设的重要因素。随着数字技术的推进,数字化转型也逐渐渗透到学科交互关系构建之中,能够为学科群落生态提供数字化学习空间,应对学科组织的僵化问题,促进学科群落生态中协作方式的优化。但现实中仍然存在诸如教育新基建的数字化推进水平问题、组织惯性问题,以及高校数字化治理体系的不完善等问题,影响了数字化转型的功效。针对上述制约因素,数字化转型驱动学科群落生态的实现机制表现为:建立以"数据基础设施"为支撑的开放共享机制,突出以"动态能力"为导向的组织环境适应机制,以及强化以"制度驱动"为保障的数字化治理机制。
The Logic and Mechanism of the Discipline Community Ecology Driven by Digital Transformation
The interaction between disciplines is an important factor affecting the construction of first-class disciplines.With the advancement of digital technology,digital transformation has gradually penetrated into the construction of disciplines'interaction.Among them,digital transformation can provide a digital learning space for the ecology of the discipline community,deal with the rigid problem of the discipline organization,and pro-mote the optimization of the cooperation modes in the ecology of the discipline community.However,there are still some problems in reality,such as the level of digital promotion of new education infrastructure,organiza-tional inertia,and imperfections of university digital governance system,which have affected the effectiveness of the digital transformation process.In view of the above constraints,the realization mechanisms of discipline community ecology driven by digital transformation are as follows:establishing an open sharing mechanism sup-ported by data infrastructure,highlighting the organizational environment adaptation mechanism oriented by dy-namic capabilities,and strengthening the digital governance mechanism guaranteed by system driven.
