智能教育产品研发的问题、成因与应对策略

智能教育产品的研发与应用是智能时代学习模式变革的核心驱动力,也是教育数字化转型的重要依托。当前智能教育产品的研发尚处于起步阶段,在实践应用过程中呈现出诸多问题,限制了智能教育产品应用成效的发挥,包括聚焦知识学习,忽视学生核心素养的培育;讨好式的服务供给,无法为学生提供系统化的学业问题解决方案;完全依赖数据进行教育决策,忽视机器智能服务的不确定性;"单向度"的机器智能应答,忽视学生的主观体验;缺乏伦理规约,导致学生对智能产品的误用和滥用。原因在于产品研发机构知识取向的应用目标、工具式的产品定位、对数据和算法的核心效用及其局限性认识不清晰、忽视学生对产品服务质量的反馈、缺乏对智能教育产品潜在风险的合理预期。未来智能教育产品的转型升级需要进一步完善面向智能教育产品的个性化自主学习理念;推动知识学习和素养培育双轮驱动的应用目标转型;实现主动智能、系统精准的学习服务供给;强化基于人机混合智能的科学化学习干预;构建人机智能双向互动的人机协同学习模式;完善绿色科学的智能教育产品伦理规约。
Problems,Cause and Countermeasures in the Research and Development of Intelligent Education Products
The development and application of intelligent education products are the core driving force for the transformation of learning models in the intelligent age,and also an important basis for the digital transforma-tion of education.At present,the development of intelligent education products is still in infancy,and there are many problems in the process of practical application,which limit the application effectiveness of intelligent edu-cation products,including:focusing on"knowledge learning"and ignoring the cultivation of students'core litera-cy;ingratiating service supply that cannot provide students with systematic solutions to academic problems;fully relying on data for educational decision-making and ignoring the"uncertainty"of machine intelligence services;"one-way"machine intelligence responses and ignoring students'subjective experience;lacking ethical regulations and leading to misuse and abuse of intelligent education products by students.The causes of the problem lie in"knowledge-oriented"application objectives of product research and development institutions,the"tool-based"product positioning,the unclear understanding of the core utility and limitations of data and algorithms,the ne-glect of students'feedback on product and service quality,and the lack of reasonable expectations about the po-tential risks of intelligent education products.In the future,the transformation and upgrading of intelligent educa-tion products requires further improving the concept of"personalized self-directed learning"for intelligent educa-tion products;promoting the transformation of application goals driven by the two wheels of"knowledge learn-ing"and"cultivation of literacy";realizing"active,intelligent,systematic,precise"learning service supply;strengthening scientific learning intervention based on"human-machine hybrid intelligence";building a human-ma-chine collaborative learning model based on"human-machine intelligent two-way interaction";and improving the ethical regulations of"green science"intelligent education products.
