精准教研的内涵特征、价值取向与发展路径

数据驱动的精准教研已成为教育数字化转型中的新型教研形态。文章明确了精准教研的内涵和特征,总结了精准教研在理论、技术、方法和工具等方面的新发展,基于工具理性和价值理性融通导向,从专业取向、社会取向和生命取向三重维度指出精准教研赋能教师专业高质量发展、助推教育事业均衡发展、服务师生群体生命发展的价值取向,并从政策引领、教研生态构建、多模态数据驱动、人机协同机制、教师素养提升和区(校)示范引领六个方面指出了促进精准教研未来发展的路径。
Connotative Characteristics,Value Orientation and Development Path of Precise Teaching and Research
Data-driven precise teaching and research has become a new form of teaching and research adapt-ing to education digital transformation.The article sorts out the connotation and characteristics of precise teach-ing and research and summarizes the new development of precise teaching and research in theory,technology,methods and tools.Based on the integration of instrumental rationality and value rationality,the article points out the value orientation of precise teaching and research to enable teachers'professional high-quality development,promote the balanced development of education and serve the life development of teachers and students from the three dimensions of professional orientation,social orientation and life orientation.Finally,the article points out the path to promote the future development of precise teaching and research from six aspects:policy guidance,teaching and research ecological construction,multimodal data-driven,human-computer cooperation mechanism,teacher quality improvement and district/school demonstration and guidance.
