新时代职业教育评价数字化转型的形态与路径

面向高质量发展与现代教育体系建设,新时代我们需要类型发展式、系统渐进式和协同共生式的职业教育评价改革。基于类型化发展的定位,新时代职业教育评价改革形成以理性复归、体系重构、数字赋能为核心的三大价值旨归,即:力破"五唯"无主体性思想,服务全民终身学习;构建"分类分层、职普融通"的职业教育评价体系;赋魅于技术理性,打造职业教育评价数字生态圈。由此,以"技术嵌入—技术耦合—技术共生"为逻辑理路,探索数字化转型下职业教育评价改革的三种形态,包括一体化在线评价平台的初级形态、智慧化多元评价机制的中级形态和内生性增值评价文化的高级形态。未来,推进职业教育评价的数字化转型需遵循"上下统筹、内外联动、点面结合"的智慧化运行进路,以数字"治理术"破除职业教育评价中的符码崇拜,以智慧"大数据"增强职业教育评价系统的治理韧性,以技术"新秩序"升级对职业教育评价的数字信任。
The Form and Path of Digital Transformation of Vocational Education Evaluation in the New Era
Facing the development of high quality and the construction of modern education system,we need the evaluation reform of vocational education in the new era,which is characterized by type development,systematic gradual and collaborative symbiosis.Based on the orientation of typological development,the evalua-tion reform of vocational education in the new era has formed three value aims with rational return,system recon-struction and digital empowerment as the core.That is to break the non-subjectivity thought of"five only"and serve the lifelong learning of the whole people,construct a classified and stratified vocational education evalua-tion system that integrates vocational education with general education,enchant technical rationality and build a digital ecosystem of vocational education evaluation.Then,based on the logic of"technology embedding—techno-logy coupling—technology symbiosis",we explore three forms of vocational education evaluation reform under digital transformation,including the primary form of an integrated online evaluation platform,the intermediate form of intelligent multi-evaluation mechanisms and the advanced form of endogenous value-added evaluation cul-ture.In the future,promoting the digital transformation of vocational education evaluation needs to follow the in-telligent operation approach of top-down coordination,internal and external linkage,and combination of points and aspects.It means breaking the code worship in vocational education evaluation with digital"governance",strengthening the governance tenacity of the vocational education evaluation system with smart"big data",and up-grading the digital trust in vocational education evaluation with technical"new order".
