历史会通未来:试论未来素养的"历史之镜"

教育是需要同时兼顾文明传统、社会现实及未来发展的关键事业。其中,"未来"议题尤其是当前全球教育领域普遍关切、亟待推进的核心课题,联合国教育、科学及文化组织(United Nations Educational,Scientific and Cultural Organization,UNESCO)倡行的"未来素养"理论架构和实践经验,为阐明该议题指明路向、贡献方案。未来素养内涵丰富,其中关联着重要的史学修养,具体表现为历史的知识与经验、视野与方法、责任与伦理、意识与意境,共同筑成未来素养的关键基底。历史会通未来的基本原理在于"时空相续",在此种时空交织的场域之中,恰当地因人见事、察物明理,进而认清不变、以变应变,即是未来素养可以取资于"历史之镜"的要义所在。
History Informs the Future:A Preliminary Discussion of the"Mirror of History"for Futures Literacy
Education is a critical endeavor that must simultaneously consider the traditions of civilization,cur-rent social realities,and future developments.Among these,the topic of the"future"appears particularly as a core issue of universal concern in the global educational field today,urgently necessitating advancement.The theo-retical framework and practical experiences of"Futures Literacy"developed by United Nations Educational,Scien-tific and Cultural Organization(UNESCO)provide clear directions and contribute solutions to address this issue.Futures literacy encompasses a rich connotation,including significant historical competencies such as knowledge and experience,perspectives and methodologies,responsibilities and ethics,as well as consciousness and aesthetic conception,all of which form the essential foundation for futures literacy.The fundamental principle that history informs the future lies in the"continuity of time and space".In this realm where time and space intertwine,the essence of futures literacy learning from such"mirror of history"is to aptly observe people and events and to discern material objects and theoretical principles,thereby recognizing the unchangeable and responding to changes with changes.
