Research on Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of Innovative Teaching Adoption for Rural Teachers:Digital Technology Promoting High-quality Development of Rural Education
Innovative teaching with technology support is important to overcome the shortcomings of tradi-tional teaching,and the lagging adoption of innovative teaching by rural teachers restricts the modernisation of rural education.In order to improve the adoption of innovative teaching by rural teachers,it is necessary to gain insight into the mechanisms of innovative teaching adoption by rural teachers,identify the influencing fac-tors and develop practical countermeasures.The study adopted a grounded theory research method,went deep into 3 rural schools in BengBu to obtain interview data from 21 rural teachers,and experienced open-spindle-se-lection three-level coding to form a model of the factors influencing rural teachers'innovative teaching adop-tion.It was found that individual factors provide internal motivation and organizational factors provide external motivation.Environmental factors are the supporting factors,and practical factors are reinforcing factors.On this basis,countermeasures to promote rural teachers'innovative teaching adoption are proposed in four aspects:individual,organizational,environmental,and pedagogical,specifically including precise training to promote teacher development,UGBS synergy to drive teacher adoption,multiple cooperation to optimize environmental support,and continuous exploration of innovative teaching.
