"双减"的时间哲学解读:方法、目的与路径

"双减"作为我国教育领域的一场重要改革,其中充满了"时间"要素。一方面,"双减"规范了作业时间、课后服务时间、休息时间、校外培训时间,这一系列的政策工具有助于减轻学生的校内外负担,应对教育的功利化、资本化。另一方面,"双减"促使人们反省实在主义时间观的垄断危机,回到人本身,重新开启对理念时间、关系时间的思考。时间并非冰冷的钟表,而是人和世界的媒介。理解多样态的教育时间,发现学生作为"人"的主体时间、关系时间和差异时间,包容教育的地方时间、学校时间和学生时间,才可能减轻学生的身心负担,释放学校教育的生命力,实现富有教育意义的"双减"。
Interpretation of the"Double Reduction"Policy from the Perspective of the Philosophy of Time:Methods,Purposes and Paths
As an important reform in the field of education in China,"Double Reduction"is full of"time"elements.On the one hand,"Double Reduction"addresses the utilitarianization and capitalization of edu-cation by regulating homework time,after-school service time,rest time,out-of-school training time,and other policy tools.This series of policy tools helps to reduce students'burdens in and out of school.On the other hand,"Double Reduction"prompts people to reflect on the crisis of monopolization of the positivist view of time,return to human beings themselves,and reopen the thinking on conceptual time and relational time.Time is not a cold clock,but a medium between people and the world.Understanding the diverse forms of educational time,discovering the inner time,relational time,and differential time of students as human beings,and embrac-ing the local time,school time,and students'time of education are the only ways to reduce the physical and mental burdens of students,release the vitality of school education,and achieve an educative"Double Reduc-tion".
