"Internet+Aid-education"Promotes High-quality and Balanced Development of Compulsory Education:Action Research Based on the Construction of Multi-subject Coordinated Development Strategies
"Internet+Aid-education"is the first education targeted poverty alleviation action initiated by Gansu Province in 2019.The continuous and in-depth implementation of the project has promoted the effective connec-tion and balanced development of normal education and compulsory education in this area.This paper takes a normal university(L school)and two paired counties(Z county and W district)as samples,the multi-subjects of"Internet+Aid-education"institutions and individual practice as the research objects,the construction of learning community as the action orientation,and solving problems as the collaborative starting point to carry out action research.Through a long-term follow-up empirical study,this paper constructs an effective strategy system with"Internet+Aid-education"as the carrier to promote the coordinated development of multiple subjects with"normal students-rural students-rural teachers"as the core,and analyzes the concrete effect of"Internet+Aid-educa-tion"in promoting the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education in Gansu.This paper de-scribes in detail the cyclic iterative process of planning,action,observation and reflection in the four-year four-round action research,and comprehensively depicts the development context of continuous deepening of prac-tice based on action research.
