Design of Online Open Courses Quality Assessment Driven by Process Data
During the 14th"Five-Year Plan"period,the construction of online open course quality assess-ment framework and indicators adapted to the background of the times have become important propositions to promote the high-quality development of online education.From the perspective of process,this study was da-ta-oriented and paid attention to the actual use of courses.Firstly,a process data driven framework of online open course quality assessment was constructed.The framework included four processes:learning process data col-lection,learning process data mapping,learning process data analysis,and evaluation of course quality level,and included seven evaluation elements:data generation,data collection,data mapping,data analysis,result output,quality calculation,and optimization strategy.Then an online open course quality assessment index system was de-signed based on process data.Finally,taking the"Data Literacy of Primary and Secondary School Teachers"MOOC as an example,the assessment practice was carried out based on the learning process data of the second phase by analyzing the existing problems of the course and putting forward the quality optimization strategy of online open courses.
