为分析外源CaCl2对旺长期间强光胁迫下烤烟叶片色素、光合、荧光参数的影响,以及对叶片光合机构的保护作用,以盆栽烟草为试验材料,连续4d施30 m mol·L-1 CaC12后转至人工气候室进行10 d强光处理,测定叶片光合、荧光参数.结果表明:喷施CaC12的烤烟叶片与喷施蒸馏水的对照相比,叶绿素含量显著提高,类胡萝卜素有所下降,气孔导度和净光合速率分别增加47.57%和23.21%,碳同化速率显著提高,使光系统Ⅱ保持了较高的开放程度,PSII最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSII实际光化学效率(Φ PSII)、光化学猝灭系数(qP)均显著提高,非化学猝灭系数(NPQ)降低.说明预施外源CaCl2可以有效保护烟草光合机构免于强光的伤害,减轻光抑制.
Effects of CaCl2 on photosynthetic characteristics of flue-cured tobacco under intense light stress
In order to analyze effects of exogenous CaC12 on pigments,photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,and discover protective function of CaCl2 on photosynthesis institution in leaves of flue-cured tobacco under intense light stress during fast-growing stage.Potting materials of tobacco were transferred to artificial climate room which was sprayed with 30m mol·L-1 CaCl2 for 4 days,net photosynthesis,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were studied after a 10-day light treatment.Results showed that spraying with CaC12 significantly promoted chlorophyll content but reduced carotenoids.Moreover,stomata conductance and net photosynthesis rates were increased by 47.57% and 23.21%,while carbon assimilation rate was significantly increased.Photosystem Ⅱ maintained a high degree of openness,and apparently Fv/Fm、Φp PSII and CP were increased,while NPQ markedly declined compared with control group sprayed with water.Studies showed that spraying exogenous CaC12 could effectively protect photosynthetic apparatus of flue-cured tobacco from light damage,and alleviate photoinhibition of photosynthesis.
