Application on combined weighting method in the comprehensive performance evaluation of cigarette equipment
[Objective]This study aims to objectively and accurately evaluate the performance of cigarette equipment,a comprehensive equipment performance evaluation index system and a combination assignment evaluation model are constructed from three perspectives of quality level,consumption level and efficiency level.[Methods]The optimal combination coefficients and program evaluation calculation steps are given by using the maximum entropy principle.An example analysis and comparison of the Topsis method,Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),Entropy method,and Combined Weighting method were carried out in the comprehensive performance evaluation of cigarette machine equipment.[Results and Conclusion]The four methods have a high significantly positive correlation and the evaluation results meet consistency.The combined weighting method has advantages over other evaluation methods in terms of optimal combination coefficients and smaller sum of squared errors.
