Research on an evaluation model of IT project manager in tobacco enterprises based on coefficient of variation-ANP
This article starts from the perspective of IT project management in tobacco enterprises to analyze the research situation and problems of evaluating IT project managers.This article builds an index system from the aspects of character,ability,and achievement.The Coefficient of Variation-ANP method is introduced to calculate the combined weights with subjectivity and objectivity.PROMETHEE method is applied to rank IT project managers.Using empirical data to validate the aforementioned method,the result proves that the method is highly efficient,accurate,and has a promising application prospect.
