摘要

[背景]基于多台套数字化铺叶台、控制软件及相关辅联设备,自主设计了一套数字化投料系统,进而实现以"自动称重+量化考核"的方式进行数字化均质投料.[方法]以韶关南雄产区中部烟模块,对比了传统投料及数字化计量称重投料的均质化效果.[结果]整体而言,数字化计量称重投料的方式有效降低了投料的波动性及配比误差率,提升了混配均质化效果.其中,不同台位投料的CV值波动范围由9.1%~13.2%下降至5%以内,平均配比误差率由最大1.57%下降至0.49%,下降比超过65%.[结论]数字化计量投料的均质化效果明显,系统具备实际应用的必要性及可实施性.

Abstract

[Background]Based on multiple sets of digitalized leaf laying platformsleaf,control software and related auxiliary equipment,a digitalized feeding system was independently designed to achieve homogenized batching through an"automatic weighing+quantitative assessment"approach.[Methods]Taking the middle module of Nanxiong production area of Shaoguan as an example,the homogenization effect of traditional feeding and digitalized metering and weighing feeding was analyzed.[Results]On the whole,the digitalized metering and weighing feeding method effectively reduced the variability and ratio error rate of feeding,improving the homogenization effect of the blend.A The CV value fluctuation range of different station feedings decreased from 9.1%-13.2%to within 5%,and the average ratio error rate decreased from a maximum of 1.57%to 0.49%,with a reduction exceeding 65%.[Conclusion]The homogenization effect of digitalized metering feeding is obvious,and the system has the necessary practical application and feasibility.
