Design of a pre-glue guide paper block for quick change of tipping paper specifications on the ZJ116 cigarette making machine unit
This study aims to improve the operational efficiency when changing tipping paper specifications on the ZJ116 cigarette making machine unit.By analyzing the structural principle of the pre-glue guide paper block,a redesigned simulation method was used.Tests conducted on three ZJ116 cigarette making machine units showed that the newly developed pre-glue guide paper block could successfully change tipping paper specifications in one attempt,reducing the adjustment time for changing guide paper blocks from 59.67 minutes to 2.15 minutes.The design of this pre-glue guide paper block supports more tipping paper specifications,allows for changing tipping paper specifications without needing to replace the guide blocks,and enhances efficiency.This provides a new approach for the rapid change of cigarette brands and specifications on domestic cigarette making machine units.
