摘要

通过对三点吊挂和四点吊挂转炉的设计理念、理论分析和工程实践效果比较,对转炉四点吊挂的设计思想作了详细阐述,文章根据理论分析和最新投产的四点吊挂转炉在安装、使用过程中实际表现,得到了基于弹性设计理念的四点吊挂技术,是未来转炉大型化高品质发展的优先方向之一,CISDI在转炉大型化技术获得了突破.

Abstract

Based on the design concepts, mechanism analysis and engineering practice, the characteristics of three-point and four point suspension converters were compared , and a new design philosophy of four-point suspension system was illustrated in detail in this paper. According to the theoretical analysis and the latest practical applications of the new four-point suspension technology on elastic structure design was proposed. It will be one of the main priorities for large and high-quality converter.
