摘要

稳定的冷却水水质对高炉长寿有着至关重要的作用。设计正交试验研究高炉用软水水质指标温度、pH、电导率对碳钢和紫铜腐蚀的影响,并对其影响规律进行分析。对碳钢而言,pH、电导率不具有显著性,而温度具有显著性,温度是引起碳钢腐蚀的主要因素。对紫铜而言,温度、pH、电导率都不具有显著性,软水对紫铜几乎不腐蚀。

Abstract

The stability of the cooling water has a vital role for blast furnace longevity.This article designs orthogo-nal text to study on blast furnace with soft water temperature,pH and conductivity which affect the corrosion of the carbon steel and red copper,and their impact has been analyzed.For carbon steel,pH and conductivity are insignifi-cant,while the temperature is significant.Temperature is the main factor which leads to corrosion in carbon steel. For copper,none of the factors including temperature,pH and conductivity is significant,and soft water has nearly no corrosion effect to copper.
