Application of high efficiency alloy baking in converter steelmaking
To study the application of efficiency alloy baking in converter steelmaking,the efficient alloy baking device was applied in the production of converter steelmaking.Results showed that compared to the traditional alloy baking method,the high alloy baking device can heat 15 t ferroalloy to 400-600 ℃ within 2-4 hours,which can effectively remove the water of crystallization in ferroalloy.When the actual temperature of ferroalloy reached 450 ℃,the hydrogen mass fraction in steel can be reduced to below 0.000 150%,the tapping temperature can reduce by 20.31 ℃,the converter end-point carbon mass fraction can increase by 0.027%,and the consumption of deoxidizer can reduce by 20%.Therefore,it can decrease the production cost,while meeting the production of clean steel.
