Theory and practice of life cycle assessment for steel products in China
The basic principle and connotation of LCA (life cycle assessment) were elaborated, the application status, division and research progress of LCA in the domestic and international steel industry were analyzed, and the significance of LCA in iron and steel corporation was discussed, and the related work of Chinese government, industry associations, steel companies, consulting agencies and other aspects in promoting the series of standards for green design product evaluation technical specification series standards was studied.Specific recommendations for the promotion and application of LCA of iron and steel industry were put forward, the development direction for steel enterprises was explored, which had a certain guiding significance for LCA of iron and steel enterprises.
