保淬透性结构钢的冶炼关键技术

钢材淬透性对保证钢材的使用寿命、性能稳定性和工作安全具有重要意义.保淬透性钢材在制造、建筑、航空航天等领域中都有着重要的应用.围绕中国保淬透性结构钢的发展,梳理了其标准的演变,并以齿轮钢为例系统总结了保淬透性结构钢对淬透性、洁净度、带状组织、晶粒度和易切削性等冶金质量指标的要求;从低氧含量控制、成分精准控制和夹杂物控制等方面分析了齿轮钢冶炼过程关键控制技术,提出了冶炼及连铸过程关键控制要点.同时,对冶炼工艺流程进行了详细解析,分析了目前主流的两类冶炼工艺流程,即钙处理工艺流程和非钙处理工艺流程的特点.通过上述内容的梳理和分析,为所有保淬透性结构钢和冷镦钢等钢种的冶炼工艺选择提供借鉴.
Key technology of smelting specified hardenability structural steel
The hardenability of steel is of great significance for ensuring the service life,performance stability,and work safety of steel.The specified hardenability steels have important applications in manufacturing,construction,aerospace and other fields.Focusing on the development of specified hardenability structural steels in China,the e-volution of their standards is outlined.Taking gear steel as an example,the requirements for metallurgical quality indexes such as hardenability,purity,banded structure,grain size and easy machinability of specified hardenability structural steels are systematically summarized.The key technologies of smelting gear steels,such as oxygen con-tent control,precise composition control and inclusion control are analyzed.Key control points for smelting and con-tinuous casting processes have been proposed,and the smelting technical processes are detailed analyzed.Two main-stream technological routes,namely calcium treatment and non calcium treatment processes,are described in detail.The above summary and analysis provide a reference for all types of specified hardenability structural steel and cold heading steel smelting.
