钢铁行业是国民经济的重要基础产业,是推进中国式现代化的重要支撑,也是实现"碳达峰""碳中和"目标的重要领域和责任主体.钢铁行业未来的发展方向是绿色化、低碳化、智能化、高质化,随着大数据时代的到来,钢铁行业生产的智能化转型迫在眉睫.高炉作为现代主流冶金工艺中的关键设备,其能否稳定运行和产生良好的生产效益关系到整个钢铁企业的经济效益.传统高炉冶炼存在能耗和污染高、自动化程度不高等问题,国内针对高炉智能优化系统已经有了越来越多的研究和应用,但是仍有改进的空间.首先,从配矿、布料、喷煤、铁水质量预测4个生产状态出发,分析了众多智能优化系统的应用及存在的问题;其次,指出了现阶段高炉智能优化系统整体在数据质量、算法选择、系统集成等方面存在的问题;最后,探讨了高炉智能优化系统的应用前景,并针对上述问题总结了高炉智能优化系统的改进与发展方向.
Overview and prospect of intelligent optimization system for blast furnace
The iron and steel industry is an important basic industry of the national economy,an important support for promoting Chinese modernization,and an important field and responsible subject for achieving the goals of"car-bon peak"and"carbon neutrality".The future development direction of the iron and steel industry is green,low-carbon,intelligent,and high-quality.With the arrival of the big data era,the intelligent transformation of produc-tion in the iron and steel industry is urgent.As key equipment in modern mainstream metallurgical process,the sta-ble operation and production efficiency of blast furnace are related to the economic benefits of the entire iron and steel enterprise.Traditional blast furnace smelting has problems of high energy consumption,high pollution,and low au-tomation level.There has been more and more research and application of intelligent optimization systems for blast furnaces in China,but it still has room for improvement.Firstly,the application and existing problems of numer-ous intelligent optimization systems are analyzed from 4 production states of ore blending,material distribution,coal injection and molten iron quality prediction.Secondly,the existing problems in data quality,algorithm se-lection,and system integration of the current intelligent optimization system for blast furnaces are pointed out.Finally,the application prospects of blast furnace intelligent optimization system are discussed,and the improve-ment and development directions of blast furnace intelligent optimization system are summarized in response to the above issues.
