典型神木低黏结性烟煤的岩相与煤质特征相关性

为了探索神木低变质煤应用于炼焦的可能性,将神木低变质煤划分为低黏结性煤和无黏结性煤,并对神木地区的低黏结性煤和无黏结性煤的岩相特征参数,即镜质组随机反射率(Rran)和煤的显微组分构成进行了测定,探索煤的岩相特征参数与其工业分析结果之间的相关性,系统分析煤的微观组织与其煤质特征之间的关系.结果表明,神木低黏结性煤的岩相特性与煤质特征存在一定的相关性,其活惰比和镜质组含量(∑V)与挥发分(Vdaf)、固定碳(FCd)均呈现正相关,而神木无黏结性煤岩相特性与灰分(Ad)之间呈正相关、与固定碳(FCd)呈负相关、与其余煤质特征之间则没有明显相关性;无黏结性煤的Ran与水分(Mad)呈正相关,低黏结性煤的Rran与Mad无明显相关性;低黏结性煤和无黏结性煤的Rran与挥发分均无明显相关性;低黏结性煤和无黏结性煤的Rran、活惰比和∑V与焦油产率、热稳定性均无明显相关性,但低黏结性煤的焦油产率和热稳定性普遍高于无黏结性煤.研究结果为神木低变质程度煤在冶金领域的高效分级分质利用提供理论基础和技术支持.
Correlation between petrographic and coal quality characteristics of typical Shenmu low caking coal
In order to explore the possibility of Shenmu low ranking coal being used for coking,Shenmu low ranking coal had been divided into low caking coal and non-caking coal,and the petrographic characteristic parameters of low caking coal and non-caking coal in the Shenmu area were measured,namely random reflectance of vitrinite(Rran)and composition of coal macerals(∑ V).The correlation between the petrographic characteristic parameters of coal and its proximate analysis results was explored,and the relationship between microstructure of coal and its coal quality characteristics was systematically analyzed.The results indicate that there is a certain correlation between the petro-graphic characteristics and coal quality characteristics of Shenmu low caking coal.Its ratio between reactive compo-nent and inert component and ∑V are positively correlated with volatile matter content(Vdaf)and fixed carbon con-tent(FCa),while Shenmu non-caking coal shows positive correlation with ash content(Ad),negative correlation with fixed carbon content(Fed),and no significant correlation with other coal quality characteristics.There is posi-tive correlation between Rran and moisture content(Mad)in non-caking coal,while there is no significant correlation between low caking coal.There is no significant correlation between Rran and volatile matter content in low caking coal and non-caking coal,and Rran,ratio between reactive component and inert component,and ∑V of low caking coal and non-caking coal also have no significant correlation with tar yield and thermal stability,but the tar yield and thermal stability of low caking coal are generally higher than those of non-caking coal.The research results prolide theoretical basis and technical support for the efficient classification and utilization of shenmu low caking coal in the metallurgical field.
