摘要

转炉炼钢工序通过设备机械化、控制程序化实现了生产过程的部分自动化操作.将生产工艺技术与机理分析、检测技术和信息技术等进行深度融合是提升钢铁行业整体创新能力和产品竞争力的有力手段,转炉冶炼过程自动控制技术的规范化、自动化、智能化和集成化是必然发展趋势.概述了转炉炼钢自动控制技术的国内外发展状况,对转炉自动控制系统、冶炼过程计算模型、冶炼终点碳温控制和预测模型及炉渣泡沫化预测模型的应用情况进行了梳理,着重总结了上述技术的应用现状和发展方向,并展望了转炉自动化炼钢发展途径及前景,为后续转炉炼钢自动化技术提升提供参考.

Abstract

The converter steelmaking process achieves partial automatic operation of production process through e-quipment mechanization and control programming.The deep integration of production process technology,mecha-nism analysis,detection technology,and information technology is a powerful means to enhance the overall innova-tion ability and product competitiveness of the steel industry.The standardization,automatization,intellectualiza-tion,and integration of automatic control technology in the converter smelting process are inevitable development trends.The development of automatic control technology for converter steelmaking at home and abroad is summa-rized,the application of converter automatic control system,smelting process calculation model,smelting terminal carbon-temperature control and prediction model and slag foam prediction model are sorted out,the application sta-tus and development direction of the above technologies are emphatically summarized.The development path and fu-ture of converter automatic steelmaking are prospected,which provides reference for the subsequent improvement of automatic control technology for converter steelmaking.
