高炉冶炼是目前国际上主流炼铁工艺,也是钢铁材料生产过程中能耗和碳排放最高的工序,高炉富氢冶炼是高炉炼铁降碳减排的关键技术.研究了国内外高炉富氢冶炼示范项目的技术路线、进展以及下一步规划,基于富氢燃料理化特性、富氢还原热力学和动力学条件,分析了高炉富氢冶炼的优势,阐述了高炉富氢冶炼发展中面临的技术、环境、经济等方面的挑战,展望了未来高炉富氢冶炼的发展方向,有利于推动高炉富氢技术的深入发展和高效应用.
Research trends and prospects of hydrogen-rich ironmaking in blast furnace
Blast furnace ironmaking is the mainstream ironmaking process in the world currently,and it is also the process with the highest energy consumption and emissions in the steel production process.Blast furnace hydrogen-rich ironmaking is key technology for carbon emission reduction in blast furnace ironmaking.The technical route,progress and future planning of hydrogen-rich blast furnace ironmaking demonstration projects at home and abroad are researched.Based on the physical and chemical characteristics of hydrogen-rich fuel and thermodynamic and ki-netic conditions of hydrogen-rich reduction,the advantages of hydrogen-rich blast furnace ironmaking are analyzed.The technical,environmental and economic challenges faced in the development of hydrogen-rich blast furnace iron-making are expounded.The development direction of hydrogen-rich blast furnace ironmaking in the future is forecas-ted.It is beneficial to promote the efficient development and deep application of hydrogen-rich ironmaking technolo-gy.
