摘要

在冶金流程工程学理论指导下,唐钢新区开展了流程优化与智能化运行的研究与实践.以提升流程自组织性和他组织力为出发点,围绕各工序高效稳定、界面流畅贯通、流程动态有序且连续协同运行3个层次开展攻关.以物质、能量、时间、空间、信息"五维"动态甘特图为核心,通过物质流、能量流、信息流协同优化,构建信息物理融合系统的技术路线.总结了在炼铁-炼钢界面优化和铁水动态调度、炼钢区段"一对一"层流高效协同运行、钢区界面优化和动态调度、连铸-热轧界面流程优化及协同调度等方面的阶段进展和指标改善情况.

Abstract

Under the guidance of metallurgical process engineering theory,the research and practice of process opti-mization and intelligent operation were carried in Tanggang New Area.Starting from the improvement of process self-organization and heter-organization,the research was carried out around the three levels of high efficiency and stability in each process,smooth interface,dynamic and orderly process and continuous coordinated operation.Tak-ing the"five-dimensional"dynamic Gantt chart of material,energy,time,space and information as the core,the technical route of cyber-physical fusion system was constructed through the collaborative optimization of material flow,energy flow and information flow.The stage progress and index improvement in ironmaking-steelmaking in-terface optimization and hot metal dynamic scheduling,"one-to-one"laminar flow efficient coordinated operation in steelmaking section,steel area interface optimization and dynamic scheduling,continuous casting-hot rolling inter-face process optimization and coordinated scheduling were summarized.
