低硅碱性球团矿配加灰石筛下物试验与工业应用

钙质熔剂与铁料混合经细磨后配入球团矿的方法在国内炼铁行业中应用较少.将灰石筛下物与铁矿粉混磨后配入球团矿,可以提高钙质熔剂的均质化水平,提高熔剂活性,改善球团矿质量,同时实现固废资源的二次利用.首钢京唐钢铁联合有限责任公司进行了球团矿配加灰石筛下物试验及工业实践,通过磨矿功指数检测和过滤性能试验,评估磨矿的经济性和可磨性;通过造球及焙烧试验,得到灰石筛下物与铁料混磨对球团矿质量的影响趋势.结果表明,配加灰石筛下物与铁矿粉混磨产物后熔剂钙质分布更均匀,与铁矿粉结合更紧密;球团矿固结质量保持在较高水平,抗压强度在3 196 N/P以上;还原性能有所改善,还原膨胀率从14.5%降低至13.8%,还原度从84.8%提高至 86.9%.
Test and industrial application of low silicon alkaline pellet with limestone under sieve
Calcium based fluxes are mixed with iron ore and finely grinded and added into pellets,which are rarely used in domestic ironmaking industry.Mixing ground limestone under sieve and iron ore powder into pellets can im-prove the homogenization level of calcium flux,enhance the activity of flux,improve the quality of pellets,and real-ize the secondary utilization of solid waste resources.Shougang Jingtang United Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.carried out pelletizing test and industrial practice with limestone under sieve.The economy and grindability of grinding were evaluated through bond work index detection and filtration performance test.Through the balling and roasting tests,the impact trend of the mixed grinding of limestone under sieve and iron materials on the quality of pellets was ob-tained.The results show that the flux has a more uniform distribution of calcium after adding the mixture of lime-stone under sieve and iron ore powder,and is more closely combined with iron ore powder.The consolidation quality of pellet remains at a high level,with a compressive strength of over 3 196 N/P.The reduction performance has a trend of improvement,with the reduction expansion rate decreasing from 14.5%to 13.8%,and the reduction de-gree increasing from 84.8%to 86.9%.
