采用RKEF技术从铜渣尾料中提取铁合金

中国是铜冶炼生产大国,每年产出铜渣尾料约1 500万t,该尾料中富含多种有价金属.为了有效回收铜渣尾料中的有价金属,实现固废资源再利用,减少环境污染,以铜渣尾料为原料,采用RKEF技术(球团预制→回转窑还原焙烧→电炉还原熔炼)还原提取铜渣尾料中的有价金属.试验以煤为还原剂、石灰石为熔剂,探索最佳冶炼参数,最终在电炉中还原熔分得到含Fe质量分数大于95%的铁合金,其可作为钢铁冶炼的原料.本研究将铜渣尾料资源化利用延伸至炼钢行业,为铜渣尾料综合利用奠定了理论及实践基础.
Ferroalloys extraction by RKEF technology from copper slag tailings
China is a major producer of copper smelting,with annual output of about 15 million tons of copper slag tailings,which are rich in a variety of valuable metals.In order to effectively recover the valuable metals in copper slag tailings,realize the reuse of solid waste resources and reduce environmental pollution,copper slag tailings were used as raw materials,and RKEF technology(prefabrication pellets → rotary kiln reduction roasting → electric fur-nace reduction melting)was used to reduce and extract the valuable metals in copper slag tailings.The optimum smelting parameters were explored using coal as reducing agent and limestone as flux.Finally,ferroalloy with Fe mass fraction greater than 95%was obtained by reduction and melting in electric furnace,which can be used as raw material for iron and steel smelting.This research extends the resource utilization potential of copper slag tailings to the steelmaking industry,which lays a theoretical and practical foundation for the comprehensive utilization of cop-per slag tailings.
