针对首钢股份球团链箅机-回转窑结圈问题,研究分析了各工序球团性能特征及结圈物形态与物相组成.结果发现,机头干球未充分氧化、煤粉燃烧、高挥发分煤粉颗粒聚集和沉积、喷吹煤粉使用不当以及窑头粉末量大等是影响回转窑结圈的重要因素.为了解决回转窑结圈问题,对矿粉全辊磨工艺进行了优化,通过调整链箅机的风量、风温等参数实现热工制度的合理匹配,通过控制回转窑温度、优化燃烧器及调整燃料结构等措施,有效改善了回转窑结圈程度,提高了生产效率,稳定了球团矿质量.本研究可为其他球团生产线解决相关问题提供参考.
Mechanism of ring formation in grate-rotary kiln and its optimization practice in Beijing Shougang Co.,Ltd.
Aiming at the ring formation problem of pellet grate-rotary kiln in Shougang Co.,Ltd.,the performance characteristics,morphology and phase composition of pellets in each production process were studied and analyzed.As discovered by the results,inadequate dry pellets oxidation at grate head,pulverized coal combustion,high volatile pulverized coal particles aggregation and deposition,improper use of pulverized coal injection,and the amount of pul-verized coal injection at the kiln head position are important reasons that affect the ring formation of rotary kiln.In order to solve the problem of ring formation in rotary kiln,the optimization scheme of full roll grinding process of mineral powder was implemented.By adjusting the parameters such as air volume and air temperature of grate,the reasonable matc-hing of thermal system was realized.The measures such as controlling the temperature of rotary kiln,optimizing the burner and pulverized coal control could effectively improve the ring formation degree of rotary kiln,improve pro-duction efficiency and stabilize pellet quality.The study can provide reference for other pellet production lines.
