Al、Ti作为高温合金的强化相形成元素,在冶炼过程中精准调控是保证合金棒材头尾性能的一致性和批次稳定性的关键.在电渣重熔过程中,由于Al、Ti元素的化学性质活泼,很容易烧损,造成电渣锭轴向Al、Ti含量分布不均匀,进而导致铸锭组织和性能产生波动.以GH4169D为研究对象,系统研究了不同渣系条件下电渣重熔过程中的Al、Ti烧损规律,并基于热力学模型分析了冶炼温度、渣系组元含量及初始电极Al、Ti元素含量对平衡Al、Ti含量的影响规律和机制.基于此,通过渣系设计实现了 GH4169D合金电渣锭Al、Ti元素的精准调控.
Burning loss regularity and precise control technology of aluminum-titanium elements in electroslag remelting process of GH4169D alloy
Al and Ti are the strengthening phase forming elements of superalloy.The precise and stable control of Al and Ti is crucial for ensuring the consistency of alloy bar properties and batch stability.The chemical properties of Al and Ti elements are highly reactive,making them prone to burning during the electroslag remelting process,which leads to uneven distribution of Al and Ti contents along the axial direction.This leads to fluctuations in the structure and properties of the ingot.The burning loss regularity of Al and Ti during electroslag remelting was sys-tematically investigated under various slag conditions with GH4169D alloy as the research subject.Additionally,the impact and mechanism of smelting temperature,slag composition,and initial electrode Al and Ti element contents on the equilibrium contents of Al and Ti were analyzed based on a thermodynamic model.By designing the slag sys-tem,precise control of Al and Ti elements in GH4169D electroslag ingot was achieved.
