钢铁流程碳污减排及资源循环利用对实现钢铁工业绿色低碳发展意义重大.基于冶金流程工程学的基本观点,分析钢铁冶金流程物质流、能量流的转换、迁移、耗散过程,揭示钢铁流程碳污排放物理本质与物质流、能量流耗散效应的逻辑关系,提出全流程物能系统优化及自洽循环利用的理论观点,以及构建高效低耗钢铁产品制造主工艺装备系统与促使主流程副产物高效物能自洽循环利用相结合的绿色冶金体系思路,并阐述了上述冶金流程工程学观点在工程实践中的应用案例.
Optimization of material and energy system and self-consistent cyclic utilization in iron and steel process
Carbon pollution reduction and resource recycling of steel process are of great significance to the green and low-carbon development of steel industry.Based on the basic principles of metallurgical processes,conversion,mi-gration,and dissipation processes of material and energy flows in the steel metallurgical process were analyzed.Physical essence of carbon pollution emissions in the steel process and the logical relationship between material and energy flow dissipation effects were clarified.The theoretical viewpoints of optimizing the entire process material and energy system and self-consistent cyclic utilization were proposed,as well as the green metallurgical system idea of constructing an efficient and low consumption steel product manufacturing main process equipment system and promoting the efficient and self-consistent cyclic utilization of by-products in the main process.The application cases of the above metallurgical process viewpoints in engineering practice were also elaborated.
