尾罐处理模式对"一罐到底"技术运行的影响

为研究尾罐处理模式对"一罐到底"技术运行的影响,阐述了尾罐产生的原因,定义了尾罐率、转场率、转场时间等相关工艺指标.在此基础上,以首钢京唐炼铁-炼钢界面为例,对比了尾罐和非尾罐的铁水预处理时间、脱硫剂消耗、补热剂消耗、转炉冶炼周期等"一罐到底"技术运行指标.介绍了铁钢处理模式优化方案,统计了方案实施前后尾罐、非尾罐、铁水罐整体的运行时间指标以及后续脱硫工序进站铁水温度.结果表明,尾罐处理模式优化方案实施后,尾罐转场率提升了 17.82个百分点,转场时间中位值减少了 26 min,受铁总时间中位值缩短了30 min,周转周期中位值降低了 12 min,极大地缩短了尾罐运行时间,有利于减少尾罐运输过程中铁水温降.尾罐处理模式优化方案实施前后,脱硫站进站非尾罐铁水温度中位值分别为1 414 ℃和1 416 ℃,基本未受影响;尾罐铁水温度中位值分别为1 375 ℃和1 380 ℃,取得明显提高.
Effect of ending ladle treatment pattern on operation of"one ladle technology"
In order to study the influence of ending ladle treatment pattern on the operation of"one ladle technolo-gy",the causes for ending ladle emergence were explained,and relevant process indexes such as ending ladle rate,transition rate,and transition time were defined.On this basis,taking the ironmaking-steelmaking interface in Shougang Jingtang as an example,technical indexes of ending ladles and non-ending ladles were statistical compared,such as processing time and desulfurizer consumption of hot metal pretreatment,heating agent consumption and tap-to-tap time of BOF smelting.The optimization scheme of ending ladle treatment pattern was introduced,and the op-eration time indexes of ending ladles,non-ending ladles,and all the ladles before and after the implementation of the scheme were statistically analyzed,as well as the incoming hot metal temperature of hot metal desulfurization sta-tion.The results showed that after the implementation of the optimization scheme,the transition rate of the ending ladles increased by 17.82 percentage points,the median transition time decreased by 26 min,the median total hot metal receiving time decreased by 30 min,and the median turnover cycle decreased by 12 min.This greatly shortened the operation time of the ending ladles and was conducive to reducing the hot metal temperature drop during the op-eration of the ending ladles.Before and after the implementation of the optimization scheme,the median hot metal temperatures of the non-ending ladles entering the desulfurization station were 1 414 ℃ and 1 416 ℃ respectively,which were basically unaffected,and the median hot metal temperatures of the ending ladles were 1 375 ℃ and 1 380 ℃ respectively,showing a significant increase.
