Design and application of dynamic scheduling system for steelmaking-continuous casting production based on interface coordination
The complexity of the steel manufacturing process is mainly reflected in its complex and variable proces-ses,non-linear coupling of multiple procedures, and numerous constraints between procedures, making it difficult to solve mathematically. The steelmaking-continuous casting production process is regarded as a core segment in the full cycle of steel manufacturing.Although progress has been made in process automation and interface technology, numerous challenges still persist due to the lack of cross-process integration and coordination from a full-cycle per-spective.Key stages such as the interface between ironmaking and steelmaking, the interface between continuous casting and hot rolling, crane scheduling, ladle dispatching, and temperature control were addressed, and a dynamic scheduling system for steelmaking-continuous casting based on interface coordination was proposed.Through collab-orative operations between ironmaking and steelmaking,an adequate supply of molten iron to the steel plant is en-sured.Coordination between the steelmaking-continuous casting scheduling system, crane scheduling, ladle dispatc-hing,and temperature pre-setting/prediction is ensured to maintain dynamic and orderly internal operations within the steel plant.Additionally, precise production times and cutting schedules for the continuous casting process at the casting-rolling interface are provided to support the stability of production rhythm in the casting and rolling sections. The intelligent management of production scheduling is realized through collaborative optimization.
