Application analysis of ritodrine hydrochloride in the treatment of late threatened miscarriage
Objective To analyze the efficacy of ritodrine hydrochloride in the treatment of late threatened miscarriage.Methods A total of 110 patients with late threatened miscarriage admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected and divided into control group and analysis group according to the time of admission,with 55 patients in each group.The control group received magnesium sulfate treatment,while the analysis group was treated with ritodrine hydrochloride.Clinical indicators,pregnancy preservation success rates,and adverse reaction rates were compared between the two groups.Results The analysis group showed a shorter duration of uterine contraction disappearance,symptom disappearance,and prolonged gestational weeks compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=6.097,24.012,7.485,all P＜0.05).The pregnancy preservation success rate was higher in the analysis group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,with significant differences(χ2=9.543,0.004,both P＜0.05).Conclusion Ritodrine hydrochloride has shown greater effectiveness in the treatment of late threatened miscarriage and is recommended for clinical application.
