摘要

目的 探讨无髓年轻第一恒磨牙经不同材料修复的效果差异性.方法 选取2019年10月-2021年12月在我院就诊的患者62例,共86颗无髓大面积牙体组织缺损的第一恒牙.依据随机数字表法将其分为参照组31例(41颗)与研究组31例(45颗).参照组采用复合树脂充填治疗,研究组接受IPS e.max CAD瓷块高嵌体治疗,比较两组的修复效果.结果 研究组的修复成功率高于参照组;修复后6个月,研究组的菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数、探诊深度、牙周附着丧失结果均低于参照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(x2=5.895,t-3.701、2.757、6.359、7.877,均P<0.05).结论 嵌体修复第一恒磨牙缺损的临床效果优于复合树脂直接充填术,具有较高的临床推广价值.

Abstract

Objective To investigate the difference of the effects of different materials on the restoration of the pulpless young first permanent molars.Methods From October 2019 to December 2021,62 patients with 86 first permanent teeth without pulp and large area of tooth tissue defect were selected as the research objects.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into the reference group of 31 cases(41 tablets)and the study group of 31 cases(45 tablets).The control group was treated with resin filling,and the study group was treated with IPS e.max CAD ceramic inlay restoration.The repair effect of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of repair in the study group was higher than that in the reference group.Six months after repair,the plaque index,gingival sulcus bleeding index,probing depth,and periodontal attachment loss in the study group were all lower than those in the reference group,with significant differences between the groups(x2=5.895,t=3.701,2.757,6.359,7.877,all P<0.05).Conclusion Inlay repair of first permanent molar defects has a better clinical effect than direct composite resin filling,with high clinical promotion value.
