摘要
目的 探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果.方法 选取2021年1月-2023年1月于我院治疗的86例糖尿病患者,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各43例.对照组采用依帕司他治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗.比较两组的临床疗效、血清内皮素(ET)水平及运动神经传导速度(MCV)与感觉神经传导速度(SCV)、炎性因子水平.结果 治疗后,观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(x2=4.441,P＜0.05);观察组的ET、MCV、SCV及各炎性因子水平均优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(t=5.301、5.982、6.746、12.504、7.051、7.428,均P＜0.05).结论 黄芪桂枝五物汤联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,可有效改善患者的神经传导和血管收缩功能,并具有良好的抗炎作用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with epothilone in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods From January 2021 to January 2023,86 diabetic patients treated at our hospital were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 43 patients in each group.The control group received epothilone treatment,while the observation group received Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with epothilone.The clinical efficacy,serum endothelin(ET)levels,motor conduction velocity(MCV),sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV),and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(X2=4.441,P＜0.05).The ET,MCV,SCV,and inflammatory factor levels in the observation group were superior to those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=5.301,5.982,6.746,12.504,7.051,7.428,all P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction and epothilone can effectively improve nerve conduction and vascular constriction functions in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and has a good anti-inflammatory effect.
