NT超声检查在早孕期胎儿异常筛查中的应用价值

目的 分析NT超声筛查早孕期胎儿异常的效果.方法 选择2019年11月-2020年11月本院孕期检查的孕早期孕妇100例,均进行NT超声检查并对比新生儿的分娩情况,分析NT超声早期筛查胎儿异常的应用效果,同时对比正常胎儿、异常胎儿的颈项透明层厚.结果 胎儿状况异常16例,随访胎儿异常18例,出现漏诊2例,但整体检出率未见统计学差异(x2=0.142,P>0.05);NT超声筛查胎儿异常的准确率、灵敏度、特异度分别为96.00%、83.33%、98.78%;NT超声对不同类型异常胎儿检出率与分娩结果比较均无显著差异(x2=1.000、1.000、1.000、0.338、0.205、1.000、1.000,均P>0.05);异常胎儿颈项透明层厚高于正常胎儿,差异有统计学意义(t=10.938,P<0.05).结论 NT超声能有效筛查孕早期胎儿异常情况,可根据颈项透明层厚判断胎儿健康状况并提供治疗建议,从而降低围产期异常胎儿分娩率.
The application value of NT ultrasound in screening fetal abnormalities in early pregnancy
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of NT ultrasound to screening fetal abnormalities in early pregnancy.Methods A total of 100 pregnant women who underwent prenatal examinations in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected.All pregnant women underwent NT ultrasound examination and the outcomes of the newborns were compared.The effectiveness of NT ultrasound in early screening for fetal abnormalities was analyzed,and the nuchal translucency thickness of normal and abnormal fetuses was compared.Results There were 16 cases of abnormal fetal conditions and 18 cases of abnormal fetuses identified during follow-up,with 2 cases of missed diagnosis.However,there was no statistically significant difference in the overall detection rate(x2=0.142,P>0.05).The accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity of NT ultrasound in screening for fetal abnormalities were 96.00%,83.33%,and 98.78%,respectively.There was no significant difference in the detection rates of different types of abnormal fetuses compared to birth outcomes(x2=1.000,1.000,1.000,0.338,0.205,1.000,1.000,all P>0.05).The nuchal translucency thickness of abnormal fetuses was higher than that of normal fetuses,with a statistically significant difference(t=10.938,P<0.05).Conclusion NT ultrasound examination can effectively screen for abnormal fetal in early pregnancy.The nuchal translucency thickness can be used to assess fetal health and provide treatment recommendations,thereby reducing the perinatal birth rate of abnormal fetuses.
