摘要
目的 调查乳腺癌生存者的经济毒性水平,并分析其影响因素.方法 选取2021年1月至2023年1月在安徽省阜阳市人民医院住院的乳腺癌生存者,采用一般资料调查表、癌症患者报告结局的经济毒性量表、恐惧疾病进展简化量表、慢性病自我效能量表进行调查分析.结果 共纳入155例乳腺癌生存者,经济毒性得分为(22.41±6.52)分,处于中低水平,其经济毒性发生率为59.35%.多元线性回归分析结果显示,乳腺癌生存者的文化程度、工作状况、患病时长、恐惧疾病进展、自我效能是经济毒性的独立影响因素(P＜0.05),文化程度高、在职状态、病程较短、恐惧疾病进展水平低、自我效能程度高的患者受经济毒性的影响较小,其中工作状况和文化程度的影响相对较大.结论 乳腺癌生存者的经济毒性处于中低水平;乳腺癌生存者的文化程度、工作状况、患病时长、恐惧疾病进展、自我效能是其经济毒性的影响因素.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the level of economic toxicity in breast cancer patients and analyze its influencing factors.Method Breast cancer survivors hospitalized in Fuyang People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected by convenience sampling method.General data questionnaire,comprehensive score scale for evaluation of economic toxicity function of chronic disease treatment,simplified fear disease progression scale and chronic disease self-efficacy scale were used to investigate.Result A total of 155 breast cancer survivors were included,with an economic toxicity score of(22.41±6.25),which was at the medium-low level.The incidence of economic toxicity in breast cancer patients was 59.35%.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the education level,working status,disease duration,fear of disease progression,and self-efficacy were the independent influencing factors of economic toxicity in breast cancer survivors(P＜0.05).Patients with high education level,working staff,shorter courses of disease,lower fear of disease progression,higher self-efficacy had low economic toxicity,the influence of education level and working status had relatively great effect.Conclusion The economic toxicity in breast cancer survivors is medium-low level.Education level,working status,disease duration,fear of disease progression,and self-efficacy were independent influencing factors of economic toxicity in breast cancer survivors.
