Comparison of the clinical effects of different surgical methods in the treatment of benign breast tumors
Objective Comparative analysis of the clinical effect of traditional open resection, color ultrasound-guided Maimerton minimally invasive circumcision and microwave ablation in the treatment of benign breast tumors.Method From January 2020 to January 2023,139 patients with benign breast tumors were admitted to the 71st Group Military Hospital of the People's Liberation Army of the Chinese People's Liberation Army.According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into open group(traditional open resection treatment,63 cases),rotary incision group(micro-micro-invasive rotary incision under the guidance of color ultrasound treatment,46 cases)and ablation group(treatment by microwave ablation,30 cases).Compare the differences in operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, incision length, incision healing time, hospitalization time, postoperative pain score, postoperative complications and breast aesthetic effect of the three groups of patients.Result The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, incision length, incision healing time, hospitalization time and the pain degree of 24,48 and 72 hours in the ablation group were lower than that in the rotary shear group and the open group, and the rotary incision group was lower than that in the open group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the ablation group and the circumcision group is lower than that in the open group, and the breast aesthetic effect is better than that in the open group, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there is no statistical difference between the incidence of postoperative complications and breast aesthetic effect in the ablation group and that in the circumcision group(P>0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided microwave ablation for the treatment of benign breast tumors has a small incincision, less intraoperative bleeding, mild pain, and low incidence of postoperative complications. It has a good aesthetic effect of the breast and is worthy of clinical application.
