Objective To investigate the risk factors of freezing of gait(FOG)in patients with Parkinson's disease(PD).Method 52 PD patients admitted to China-Japan Friendship Hospital from July 2019 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects, and the research objects were divided into FOG group(with FOG,14 cases)and non-FOG group(without FOG,38 cases)according to whether with FOG.The clinical and imaging characteristics between non-FOG group and FOG group were compared and analyzed. The functional connections of basal forebrain were compared between non-FOG group and FOG group.Multivariate logistic regression method was used to analyze the independent influencing factors of FOG in PD patients.Result The MDS-UPDRS Ⅱ score in FOG group were higher than that in non-FOG group, with statistical significance(P<0.05)and the functional connections between Ch4 and bilateral middle cingulate gyrus, anterior central gyrus and auxiliar motor area were lower than those in non-FOG group.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that MDS-UPDRS Ⅱ score and Ch4 functional connection were independent influencing factors for FOG in PD patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Increased MDS-UPDRS Ⅱ score and decreased Ch4 functional connectivity were independent influencing factors for FOG in PD patients.
