Analysis of the effect of accelerated rehabilitation nursing intervention under enhanced recovery after surgery mode in patients with anterior cervical discectomy and fusion
Objective To explore the effect of accelerated rehabilitation nursing intervention under enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)model in patients with anterior cervical discectomy and fusion(ACDF).Method A total of 162 patients with cervical spondylosis treated with ACDF from May 2020 to May 2021 in Xuanwu Hospital,Capital Medical University were selected as the study objects.Based on the principle of comparison of baseline features between groups, they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 81 cases in each group. The control group was given usual nursing intervention, and observation group was given accelerated rehabilitation nursing intervention under ERAS model. The postoperative gastrointestinal function, postoperative pain degree, catheter removal time, first time of getting out of bed and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Result There was no significant difference in postoperative nausea and vomiting between the two groups(P>0.05).The first exhaust time, first defecation time, first eating solid food time, catheter removal time, first time of getting out of bed, length of hospital stay, resting and exercise VAS scores in observation group were shorter or lower than control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The accelerated rehabilitation nursing intervention under ERAS model can significantly improve the postoperative gastrointestinal function of cervical spondylosis patients receiving ACDF treatment, and promote the postoperative recovery process of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
