Application effect analysis of 3D visual speech rehabilitation training in poststroke patients with dysarthria
Objective To analyze the application effect of 3D visual speech rehabilitation training in poststroke patients with dysarthria.Method 80 patients with poststroke dysarthria admitted to Beijing Tiantan Hospital,Capital Medical University from July 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into control group(41 cases)and observation group(39 cases)by random number table method. The control group was given routine rehabilitation training, and the observation group was given routine rehabilitation training combined with 3D visual speech rehabilitation training. Two groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks. The severity of dysarthria(FDA score),speech intelligibility and acoustic parameters(formant F1,formant F2,pitch,intensity,VSA,VAI,FCR,mandibular distance)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result Before treatment, there were no significant differences in FDA score, speech intelligibility, formant F1,formant F2,pitch,intensity,VSA,VAI,FCR and mandibular distance between two groups(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment, the FDA score, speech intelligibility, formant F2,pitch,intensity and VAI in two groups were significantly increased than those before treatment, and the observation group was better than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The FCR in two groups was decreased than that before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion 3D visual speech rehabilitation training can significantly reduce the severity of dysarthria, and improve speech intelligibility, acoustic parameters, and thus promote the rehabilitation of patients.
