Healing garden is a new garden type which is started from the developed countries such as the USA. Healing garden has a very important role in people's physical and mental health and rehabilitation. On the basis of introducing the definition, styles, users and some related contents, analyzing the beginning, developing and current status of healing garden at home and abroad, this paper gives some suggestions and prospects of healing garden in China, so as to provide reference for promoting healing garden research and development in China.
