Global Zoning for Landscape Plant Introduction with the Method of Fuzzy Analogy Preferred Ratio to Shanghai
According to the climate similarity theory, the average maximum (minimum) temperature, average temperature, average precipitation, daily sunlight hours of each month in 1961-1990 and different altitude were chosen as the analyzing factors in this paper. By means of Euclidean distance and fuzzy analogy preferred ratio, climate differences between 969 meteorological stations from 85 countries and regions in the world and Shanghai were studied. The result showed that: the appropriate introduction area was zoned for landscape plant introduction to six areas, including (1) Japan and South Korea in the East Asia; (2) the southwest coast of Caspian Sea in the West Asia; (3) some areas of the Mediterranean coast; (4) the southeastern part of the United States; (5) the southeastern part of the Latin America; (6) the southeastern part of Australia.
