中国的风景名胜区相当于国外的国家公园(National Park of China),在保护和管理上目前仍然存在着许多的问题,比如风景区城市化,自然保护的力度不够,风景资源品味和质量低下等.通过对日本国家公园的翘楚——尾濑国立公园(日本自然保护运动的发祥地以及先驱者,同时又是国际湿地条约的登录湿地)利用和开发的历史回顾,考察其保护以及管理的现状,对其保护策略和管理的具体工作进行梳理,以启发我国风景名胜区的保护管理工作的发展方向.
The Conservation and Administration of National Parks of Japan by the Case Study of the Original Point of Nature Conservation of Oze
Scenic areas of China,equivalent to national parks of other countries,have many problems,such as urbanization,insufficient preservation of nature,and lower quality of landscape.Oze is the national park of Japan,and also the original point of nature conservation and the registration wetland of Wetlands International Treaty.As a good example of national parks of Japan,its history of use and developmentand its present situation of the preservation of nature are studied in order to get the hint of the conservation and administration of scenic sites of China.
