摘要

光孝寺、六榕寺、华林寺和海幢寺并称为广州佛教四大丛林,为广州市历史最为悠久的佛教寺院,在岭南地区佛教文化中占有重要的地位.实地调查表明,广州佛教四大丛林共有园林植物127种,隶属62科,102属其中,乔术38种,隶属于27科,34属. 以光孝寺的乔木种类最为丰富,而华林寺的乔术种类最简单在4座寺庙中,共记录了22棵挂牌古树名木,以桑科榕属种类最为丰富,为广州佛教园林的生物遗产.共记录37种灌木,使用面积较大的灌木种类有黄连翘(Duranta erecta ‘Dwarf Yellow’)、希茉莉(Hamelia patens)、灰莉(Fagraea ceilanica)和四季米仔兰(Aglaia duperreana)等,多为广州常见的绿化种类.基于调查结果和文献资料,探讨了广州寺庙园林植物特色及其与岭南地区文化、中国传统文化、汉地佛教文化的关系.

Abstract

Guangxiao Temple,Liurong Temple,Hualin Temple,and Haizhuang Temple,called as Guangzhou Four Buddhist Temple Gardens,are the oldest buddhist temples in Guangzhou City,which play an important role in the Buddhist culture.The results of field survey showed that 127 vascular plants were recorded in the green spaces of the four temple gardens,which belong to 62 families and 102 genera.38 species were recorded as trees,which belong to 27 families and 34 genera.The plants are the most abundant in Guangxiao Temple,but simple in Hualin Temple.A total of 22 old and valuable trees were found in the four temple gardens,most of which belong to Moraceae.They are the biological heritage of the Buddhism landscape in Guangzhou.There were 37 shrub species in the four temple gardens,in which the widely adopted species included Duranta erecta ‘Dwarf Yellow',Hamelia patens,Fagraea ceilanica and Aglaia duperreana.Based on the results of field survey and literatures,landscape plants,and their characteristics in the four temple gardens,their relationships with Lingnan culture and China traditional culture and Chinese Buddhist culture were discussed.
