Satisfaction Evaluation of Camping in Urban Parks in the Context of Open and Sharing:A Case Study of Guangzhou
With the growing demand for outdoor activities close to nature among urban residents,the new phenomenon of camping activities in urban parks has emerged,so it is necessary to explore how urban parks support camping activities.This study uses the IPA-Kano model to evaluate the satisfaction of urban parks in supporting camping activities from the perspective of visitor satisfaction by constructing an index system for camping satisfaction in urban parks and based on questionnaire data obtained in some urban parks in Guangzhou.The study shows that the basic elements include the convenience of getting from the park entrance to the camping site,the safety of belongings,fire safety,epidemic prevention and control measures,the adequacy of space in the camping area,the privacy/noise level of the camping area,the shade of the camping area,the size of the open area and the level of maintenance of the lawn,which are the most important elements to be improved;the key performance elements include the convenience of parking and snake and insect bites,which are the second priority element to be improved;camping satisfaction in different types of parks varies somewhat across the elements.This study aims to improve the ability of urban parks to meet residents'camping needs,with a view to providing a reference for the open and sharing of urban parks and green spaces.
