兼顾鱼类保护与发电需求的秦岭清水河观音峡电站段生态修复设计

随着中国生态文明建设的推进,自然保护地内的建坝河流生态系统修复逐渐受到重视.秦岭作为生物多样性保护热点地区和中央水塔,其淡水生物多样性保护地位十分重要.针对秦岭渭水河珍稀洄游鱼类保护的目标,探讨了恢复河流连通性的多种方案,借助HEC-RAS软件模拟及结果分析,运用水文学、河流生态学、生态水工学、风景园林学的思路与方法,探讨通过拆除观音峡水库大坝同时保留一定发电功能的方法来恢复自然流淌河流、维护珍稀鱼类的生态过程,并且兼顾发电与社会经济发展的可能性策略.
Ecological Restoration Design of Guanyinxia Power Station Section of Xushui River in Qinling Mountains Considering Fish Conservation and Power Generation Demand
With the advancement of ecological civilization construction in China,the ecological system restoration of dammed rivers in natural protected areas has been paid more attention to.As a biodiversity conservation hotspot and central water tower,Qinling Mountains play an important role in freshwater biodiversity conservation.Aiming at protecting the rare migratory fish on Qinling Xushui River,this paper discusses a variety of schemes to restore the river's connectivity.By virtue of the simulation and analysis on the result of HEC-RAS software,it uses the ideas and methods of Hydrology,Ecological Hydraulic Engineering,River Ecology,and Landscape Architecture.This paper discusses the possible strategy of restoring the natural flowing river,maintaining the ecology of rare fish,and taking into account the power generation and social and economic development by removing the Guanyinxia Reservoir dam while retaining some power generation function.
